Our main focus has been: restaurants, churches, retail, medical office, home remodel and addition, high end office renovation, and anything in between. We have several key employees with a vast array of experience.There’s not much we can’t do, but if we can’t we’ll be the first to tell you. We only take on the projects we can succeed and help our clients achieve their goals.

Our pre-construction services are second to none. We joke that we’ve budgeted buildings off bar napkins and been within 1% of the total final cost. We know our business and we know what things should cost. The banks trust us and our clients love us for recognizing their needs and eliminating a change order environment that creates adversity.

Pellem Contracting LLC provides pre-construction services as a complimentary service to clients that intend to use us for their construction projects. The intent is to help them in developing their budgets and getting a better understanding for their projects.

Design / Build – Team Building

Pellem Contracting LLC doesn’t actually have an in house design team, but we do have lasting relationships with some of the best designers in town. Once we get a feel for the type of space you are looking for we can offer suggestions and attend interviews with you to help choose the best fitting designer for you space. This also allows us to help you design the project to be within budget, which saves you time and money.
